A common issue that many of us face is constantly being tired. Some people get tired often because of medications. If you are struggling with sleep and are always tired, ask your doctor if your medications could be causing it. Many people also have terrible sleep habits. It is important to establish a sleep routine and maintain it as well as avoid alcohol before bed. Finally, when a person is anxious or depressed it prevents them from falling asleep and also leads to poor sleep in general. Talk to a doctor about ways to combat this stress in a healthy manner.
