When I was first introduced to taking vitamin and supplement products, I was 24 years old, working full time as a City Planner, commuting 72 miles one way, getting my masters degree at night, and supporting my Army officer husband and his platoon. I started experiencing some anxiety and was eating incredibly poorly. A friend at work noticed my stress and asked if I had tried a nutrition route to my challenges. I said no that I had not thought of nutrition, but that I was open to it.
Well that conversation, which was over 20 years ago, was a game changer for me, many friends, my husband and now my children. And it all started with taking Vita-lea and protein! With that base I started adding different supplements to meet my personal needs. I then started using skin care products and my face cleared up and started to look like it did when I was in high school. Then I moved onto what was in my house, and the chemicals were thrown out.
Because of the tremendous changes I have seen in my health, my family’s health, and the health of the hundreds of families in our team, I continue to share the gift of health with other busy moms, like you!
How I share it has changed depending on the season of life I have been in. Right now, I work full time as a Community Development Director and share health and wellness with friends during lunch, on the weekends, here on this site and with social media.
