When it comes to boosting your metabolism, the tried and true methods are often the best. You can use multivitamins and supplements, but there isn’t a lot of proof that those works. You will do your immune system more favors by following the more traditional methods, like reducing stress, and exercising more, and eating better. If you are stressed about the virus, it is often a vicious cycle, you are stressing about getting it and at the same time making yourself more susceptible to it.
