February 19, 2020 By //  by Jennifer H Leave a Comment

Wellness is the new concept of being healthy in 2020, which is an idea that focuses on both body and mind. The new trends leading this objective are things like replacing poor diet choices, reducing stress, and taking care of the environment. In 2020, people will consume non-alcoholic drinks that are healthier but still tasty. They will switch to plant-based diets that help body and environment. They will focus on reducing stress by pursuing digital detoxes and self-healing. Fitness will continued to grow in the home with more engaging solutions like Peleton. Skin care will grow as well with a wide array of products to improve complexion and stave off again.

Key Takeaways:

  • Moving away from consumption of alcohol to drinks that are still fun will continue to grow with fizzy drinks, elixirs, and sparkling beverages.
  • In a time with more attention on wellness of the body and mind, Self-healing will continue to be important. Learning to be present and reduce stress are two key goals.
  • Consumption that is both good for the body and environment is important. A plant-based diet is both better for the body and reduces waste and energy consumption.

“Whether you detox for a few hours or a few days, you can take the opportunity to go out, work out, and create more balance in your digital life.”
