How to Improve Safety and Reduce Anxiety During the Coronavirus Pandemic

There are many things that we can do to improve our safety and reduce our anxiety during the coronavirus. First, we should be washing our hands with an antibacterial soap for at least 20 seconds. If we are feeling ill, we should stay at home in order to prevent spreading the virus. It’s important to stay informed about the virus, but don’t obsess over it as it will drive you crazy. Finally, increase the amount of yoga, exercise or meditation that you do as it will help you stay relaxed.
