The liver is one of the most essential organs in the human body, as it filters out toxins and other harmful chemicals that we may ingest. Therefore, it’s important that the liver is detoxified every so often to promote proper function. Some ways to perform this detoxification is to eat organic foods with limited additives or vegetables like broccoli, which promotes the production of essential amino acids that aid in the detoxification process. Also, it may be helpful to sweat out the toxins in a sauna.
