Taking fish oil has many health benefits, that include reducing inflammation all over the body. Because of this it can help ease symptoms of a lot of different conditions that one may have. One thing that is disruptive is the fish burps, nobody likes that fishy taste. You can take them frozen to eliminate this since the stomach empties pretty quickly, but if you find yourself still having a hard time with it, then you can try a different brand.
