There are many things that we can do in 2020 to help improve our health. First, lets start with adding about one pound of vegetables to our weekly diet. Lets also start exercising more as that can improve our mindset and heart health. As adults, we need 7-8 hours of sleep to help improve the way our brain and body work. Finally, in 2020 we need to figure out better ways to help us de-stress as stress negatively impacts both our mind and body.
