When we think of feeding our immune systems our minds often go to what we can put into our bodies as far as the foods that we are eating. What’s more important though, is reducing our stress levels to help our body function better. Stress itself doesn’t cause harm to several body systems, the way your body responds to that stress is what does it. When you stress your gut is affected and that is where all your healthy bacteria that is used to help the immune system is stored.
