Fiber is an important part of your diet, when you consume fiber, high risk diseases are often eliminated because your body is able to function better when you use this as a supplement. Fiber can help the good bacteria in your gut and help to prevent certain health problems. The good bacteria that the fiber is helping also help to maintain a healthy immune system. Not all fiber is the same though, there a two different kinds that each play a different role.
