The Types Of Sugars and What You Should Know About Eating Them

There are all different types of sugar that are used in foods, they may be all natural, but that doesn’t matter, sugar is sugar. If you are taking in too much sugar then it doesn’t matter how natural it is. All sugar is about the same when it comes to your health whether it is natural or not. Granulated sugar and high fructose corn syrup contain the same amount of sugar, but one may be considered more healthy than the other, even though it really isn’t, because it’s sugar.
