CoQ10 also known as Coenzyme Q10 is a fat soluble nutrient that is made by our body and helps support the mitochondria. CoQ10 assist in energy production and reduces damage to cells. CoQ10 is very good at battling high blood pressure and heart disease because it improves our blood vessels. It also helps aid our body and reduce stress and fatigue. There are many foods that include this nutrient including pistachios, peanuts, eggs, broccoli and oranges. CoQ10 is a great supplement for anyone to take as it can greatly help your health.
