Yoga is a great addition to anyone’s exercise regimen because it can help support our immune system. The lymphatic system is a part of our immune system that eliminates toxins and waste from the body while also protecting our body from infections and bacteria. Yoga helps pump lymphatic fluid through our body because of how our breath is regulated during Yoga and our movement. There are many exercises we can do with the Lymphatic System on the mind, such as diaphragm breathing, low-lunge lymphatic pumps and the bridge pose.
